You were talking about Circuit Breaker and other characters in the Transformers Marvel Comic- The reason that these characters exist in the Marvel Universe is because of the deal that Marvel had with Hasbro! Marvel wanted to hold onto all of their characters- even those who were in licensed comic books- that is why Circuit Breaker’s first appearance is Secret Wars II number 3- that way she existed prior to her appearance in the Transformers comic! The same is true for G.B. Blackrock and the other human characters in the Transformers books! Gotta love licensing!
